The Menu…
It’s composed by couverte, soup, appetizer, main course, desert and coffee.
Changes every week based on the weekly shopping that the Chef makes in the garden.
All the ingredients used in our kitchen are certified organic (without exceptions).

our homemade bread… half whole wheat, half rye… baked in our wood oven sauce to spread
olive oil with fleur de sel… There is no better combination when it comes to bread
